How do we confirm the correct charger?
Battery specification
Voltage, capacity and battery chemistry.
Connector and cable
Clear photos of both charger and battery connectors.
Input power
Available AC voltage, phase and plug requirement.
Communication
CAN or other protocol information when the system requires it.
Related: forklift lithium batteries and forklift electrical system parts.
Do not select a charger by voltage alone
Send the labels and connector photos so our team can verify the complete charging interface.
Request Charger VerificationCheck the Battery System Before Ordering a Forklift Charger
A 24V, 48V, 72V or 80V label identifies only the nominal battery voltage. It does not confirm the charging curve, current, connector or communication required by the battery.
Important Compatibility Reminder
For lithium batteries, the charger and BMS must be compatible. A charger with the correct voltage can still fail to charge, report a communication fault or damage the battery if the protocol or charging parameters are wrong.
- Battery chemistry: lead-acid or lithium
- Nominal voltage and permitted charging-voltage range
- Battery capacity in Ah and required charging current
- Charging curve or battery-manufacturer protocol
- BMS brand, model and software or parameter version
- CAN or other communication requirement
- DC connector, pin layout and polarity
- AC input voltage, phase and frequency
- Forklift and battery model
- Indoor, outdoor and ambient-temperature conditions
1. Confirm the fault
Check the AC supply, charger output, connector condition, cables, battery voltage and BMS fault history before replacing the charger.
2. Identify the system
Send the forklift model, battery nameplate, old charger label and clear photos of both connectors.
3. Match the charger
We compare voltage, current, battery chemistry, charging curve, BMS communication, connector and input power.
4. Confirm before dispatch
The quoted charger reference and available compatibility details are confirmed before shipment.
