Electric Forklift Drive Motors
The references shown here belong to the same component family but are not assumed interchangeable. Compare the real product photo, brand and part number, then confirm the truck and installation details before quotation.
Electric forklift drive motors: protect the replacement before ordering
1. Confirm the reported fault
Read controller fault codes and test battery voltage under load, insulation, phase resistance, encoder feedback, temperature sensing and mechanical rotation.
2. Identify the exact reference
Check the truck brand, model, serial number, complete part number, nameplate and clear photos of the old part and its connections. Similar-looking components are not assumed interchangeable.
3. Inspect the related system
Inspect terminals, cable heating, cooling passages, bearing noise, seal condition and gearbox oil. Water or conductive dust ingress must be corrected before a replacement is installed.
4. Select the supply option
Genuine motors reduce risk when winding data, encoder type, shaft, brake and controller parameters are proprietary. A replacement requires full electrical and mechanical agreement.
