Hydraulic control valves currently listed
The references below are separate parts, even when the name and appearance are similar. Check the forklift brand, the number on the part or package, and the product photo before requesting a quotation.
If the part number is missing, send the forklift model, nameplate and clear photos of the old part. Our parts team will identify the checks still needed before quotation.

Forklift Hydraulic Control Valves: Sections, Functions and Matching
A hydraulic control valve directs oil to lift, tilt and auxiliary functions. Section count alone does not identify the assembly: circuit type, pressure setting, port standard, spool functions, actuation and auxiliary requirements must match the truck and attachment.

Each section normally controls a hydraulic function, but spool type and internal circuit matter. A third or fourth section may support sideshift, clamp or another attachment function.
Actuation and electrics
Manual levers, pilot control and solenoids use different interfaces. For electric valves, voltage, connector, coil, controller signal and fail-safe behaviour must be checked.
Hydraulic specification
System pressure, flow, open- or closed-centre circuit, port threads, relief arrangement and load-holding functions must agree with the forklift.
Fault symptoms and diagnosis
| One function does not move | Check command signal or linkage, coil, spool movement, hoses, cylinder and load-holding valve before replacing the full valve assembly. |
|---|---|
| All functions are weak | Check oil level and condition, pump, suction restriction, relief pressure, leakage and engine or motor speed. One control section may not be the cause. |
| Function drifts | Separate internal valve leakage from cylinder-seal leakage and external load-holding components using the manufacturer’s test procedure. |
| Oil overheats | Check relief operation, incorrect centre circuit, excessive restriction, continuous solenoid actuation, pressure setting and oil cleanliness. |
Hydraulic rule: pressure testing requires the correct gauges, test points and safety procedure. Do not alter relief settings without the truck specification.
Supply choices and price structure
Genuine assemblies reduce matching risk where spool functions, pressure setting or electronic actuation are undocumented. A verified OEM valve is practical when drawings and specifications are complete. A generic block should not be treated as interchangeable solely because section count and port appearance are similar.
Prices vary widely with section count, casting and spool design, solenoids, coils, sensors, pressure controls, brand and whether the quotation covers a complete tested assembly or bare valve block.
Information required for a control-valve quotation
Send the forklift model and serial number, complete valve label, number of sections, hydraulic diagram where shown on the truck or part label, photos of every port and connector, voltage, controlled functions, attachment details and required quantity.

2-SECTION-VALVE Forklift 2-Section Electric Control Valve
Forklift 2-Section Electric Control Valve reference 2-SECTION-VALVE is shown with an actual product photo to make identification easier.
Authpart checks the reference together with the available truck and component information before quotation. This helps prevent ordering a part that looks similar but cannot be installed or used correctly.

Why the correct match matters
Hydraulic parts control pressure, oil flow and precise movement of the truck and mast. Port size, valve configuration, cylinder side and mounting details must match.
Reference first
We check 2-SECTION-VALVE instead of quoting from a general description alone.
Truck confirmation
The model, serial number and component details help us confirm the correct version.
Visible order check
Reference labels and product condition can be photographed for confirmation before shipment.
Send what you have
Send the part number, nameplate or clear photos you have. Our parts team will check the reference against the truck details and tell you exactly what else is needed.
- Truck model and serial number
- Part reference
- Port, hose and mounting photos
