Forklift Radiator and Cooling-System Selection
Identify the radiator configuration together with the engine, fan and connected cooling circuits. Core size alone does not establish mounting, hose or oil-cooler compatibility.
Radiator construction and cooling circuits
The examples below describe manufacturer technologies, not confirmed forklift replacements. Material names and advertised cooling improvements do not establish an application.

Cooling parts perform different jobs

Measure the radiator without losing the installation context
First identify the requested cooling component and the truck/engine arrangement. For a radiator candidate, compare core and overall dimensions, hose connections, mounting and any oil-cooler fittings next. Final order verification brings those measurements back to the exact engine/serial application, fan and shroud clearance, hose routing and documented circuit requirements; size or material alone does not establish cooling suitability.

Prepare a cooling-parts inquiry safely
Photograph accessible labels and the installed arrangement with the truck safely stopped. Do not open a hot pressurized cooling system for measurements. A qualified technician should isolate a cooling fault; overheating alone does not prove that the radiator needs replacement.
- Identify whether you need the radiator, a bare core, fan/shroud, pump, thermostat, tank or hoses.
- Send complete front and rear views and the dimensions you already have. Unknown fields can remain unknown.
