Forklift mast rollers: bearing type, profile and measurements
Identify the roller position, outside diameter, width, bore and running profile before comparing a replacement with the mast assembly.
Main rollers and side guidance do different jobs
A main load roller, a side-thrust roller and a combined radial/axial bearing must be identified by position and design. The same outside diameter does not prove that two rollers carry load in the same direction or fit the same mast channel.
Show the whole mast and the roller in its installed position. Record the truck model, mast model or number, mast stage and whether the item belongs to the carriage or a mast section. Do not remove mast components solely to obtain an inquiry photo.

Record what was measured, not only a size string

A manufacturer size example, not a truck match
WINKEL’s Type 205-118 forklift bearing lists an inner diameter d of 25 mm, outer diameter D of 62.4 mm and width B of 20 mm. The manufacturer also identifies a matched profile. These are values for that exact bearing, not a recommended size for an unidentified Hangcha, HELI or other mast.
Send the visible bearing or roller number, installation photo and the measurements you have. If the reference is missing, the mast identity and running profile remain essential. Load ratings and service clearances need the applicable manufacturer documentation; they cannot be calculated from diameter alone.
