Forklift transmission components: identify the assembly and repair part
Separate a torque converter, control valve, clutch pack, solenoid, sensor, oil pump or seal kit by the exact transmission version and its interfaces.

The transmission architecture changes the parts list
An engine-driven manual gearbox, a torque-converter powershift transmission and an electric traction reduction unit are not interchangeable assemblies. Record the complete truck model and serial number, then the transmission model, assembly number and suffix.

Information that makes a repair-part request usable
Use the transmission model, assembly number and revision to identify the requested component first; its own interfaces and dimensions are the next comparison. Before the order is accepted, resolve the specification that photographs cannot establish for that component—such as control-valve calibration, clutch-stack specification, sensor signal or kit contents—against the exact transmission application. A matching casting or outer dimension is not that final verification.
Send the transmission nameplate and a wide photo before close-ups of numbers, ports, input/output shafts and connectors. For an internal part, include its location in the parts drawing if available. A casting number may identify a housing rather than the finished assembly.
Describe the required item and the observed symptom separately. A symptom alone does not prove which component needs replacement. Inspection, removal and measurements must follow the truck service instructions and be performed by qualified personnel.
- State manual, powershift or electric reduction drive if known; “I do not know” is acceptable.
- Include the requested quantity, single component versus complete kit, and destination.
- Provide measured values with units; do not infer a gear ratio, coil voltage or seal specification from truck tonnage.
