Select the motor by its job, electrical design and drive interface. Traction, hydraulic-pump and steering describe functions; AC induction, DC and permanent magnet describe different motor designs.

A real motor reference narrows the search
ADSP160-100002-G00 is an existing Hangcha drive-motor reference. The photographed nameplate identifies an AC induction motor. Send a clear nameplate photo to confirm this motor’s voltage, power, speed and duty rating.
The entire motor and shaft-end details remain relevant. A different motor with the same power may still have an incompatible shaft, feedback system or winding configuration.

Read the duty rating as well as the power
Intermittent and continuous ratings are not interchangeable. Copy the complete duty notation from the nameplate rather than removing it from a quotation. Motor voltage also needs to be read from the motor documentation; it is not always established by the truck battery label.
A controller replacement can change which motor feedback and parameter set are required. Compare the motor and controller together before a configured unit is ordered.
Photographs and measurements that help
- Motor label and controller label, plus truck model and serial.
- Full motor, terminal/connector faces and shaft-end photographs taken safely.
- Shaft diameter/length, spline or keyway, flange pilot, mounting-hole centres and overall motor length from a drawing or qualified measurement. Record any specified rotation and the manufacturer’s viewing convention.
- Existing RPM, encoder and temperature-sensor references if available; unknown values remain to confirm.
Missing or conflicting motor numbers
If a label and an earlier product reference differ, send both without treating them as interchangeable numbers. When no exact product page exists, Find My Part can identify the motor from the available evidence.
